Farmblue Agrotech is a Maharashtra agrotech company bringing fresh seafood from Goa and Konkan fishermen to Kolhapur, and building mud crab and hydroponic farms.

We source seafood directly from Konkan fishermen , clean it in Kolhapur , and are building crab and hydroponic farms .

Piloted, relaunchingWe source fish, prawns and crab directly from fishermen in North Goa and on the Konkan coast, and clean and cut it to order in Kolhapur. A weekend pilot in Kolhapur ran from April to June 2025.
Mud crab farming
In developmentMud crab aquaculture planned in Sindhudurg, for households through Blio and for established Indian exporters, with direct export once certifications are in place.
Hydroponic farming

Paid on time,
every time
Fishermen
Many fishermen on the Konkan and Goa coast wait weeks to be paid by traditional buyers, or are not paid at all. Farmblue pays a consistent price on time, so the fishermen we work with have a reason to bring their best catch to us first.
Farmers
As our farms grow, we plan to bring nearby small farmers in as suppliers, selling their produce alongside ours without a chain of middlemen.
Who runs Farmblue
Farmblue is a women-led company. Its two founders are architects, one trained in urban design and the other in environmental design, and they plan farms and supply the way they plan buildings: around the site, the climate and the people who use it.
